Thank you for shopping with Le'Jourdain Cosmetics! We want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy. Below, you’ll find the full process for returns and exchanges, including eligibility, fees, and how to get started.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Contact us at kiraws@lejourdaincosmetics.shop with your return request.

Step 2: Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please send your return to the following address:

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Cost

Domestic Returns: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

International Returns: Return shipping fees are typically higher and range between $15 and $25 depending on your location. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, but we will provide you with the necessary instructions.
4. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 6% will apply to all returns. This fee helps cover the costs of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned items.
For example, if the returned product is priced at $50, the restocking fee will be $3.
Please note that the restocking fee is non-refundable.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at kiraws@lejourdaincosmetics.shop so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

7. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please note that exchanges are not processed directly through our system—once the return is complete, you are welcome to place a new order.
8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As with other returns, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
9. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
